To get paid you need to link your bank account to our payment partner Escrow.com.
To do this, you must follow the link in the email you receive after you've created your transaction. The email will contain a link to Escrow.com where you must first create an Escrow.com account.
Important: When signing up, you must use the same email address where the link was sent to you.
If you sign up using a different email address, your transaction will not be linked to the Exchange app.
If you already have an Escrow.com account using your account owner email address, you can click the Sign In button instead.
After you've created your account, you'll immediately be prompted to select a disbursement method. This is where you'll receive your buyer's payment at the end of the transaction.
There are three options: ACH electronic check, Domestic wire transfer, or International wire transfer. If you're outside of the United States, only the International wire transfer is available. However, Exchange transactions have a lower processing rate of $10.
Once you've added your bank account details, your buyer will be notified by Escrow.com that it is time for them to send the payment. You'll receive an email from Exchange as soon as the buyer sends the payment with instruction on how to proceed.
